Racetrack Format: Like Erzberg – same track for all, 1 lap only, multiple checkpoints. We had 3 categories: Men, Women and Team (“Ride together die together”, which is a team of 2 our 3 riders who must finish all checkpoints together or the team is disqualified).

Entry Fee: Men, women class and Team (“Ride together die together”).

Championship-Race: Not at the moment but we are working on a 3 race championship format for hard enduro series here in Iceland.

Race History: 2020 was the first event.

Normal/Expected Attendance: 60 – 70 riders for the first edition in 2020. Hopefully over 100 in 2021.

Nearest International Airport: Keflavik Airport.

Rental Motorcycles: No, working on it.

Race License: Anyone can participate, but all riders must have Icelandic riders licence. Easy to require. http://mot.msisport.is/

Typical Weather: This is Iceland. You never know how the weather will be. September in Iceland is normally fairly warm but there is a possibility of rain.

Sightseeing: Blue Lagoon, Gullfoss waterfall, Þingvellir National Park, Geysir hot springs.
