Terrain Description: Forests & small rivers

Racetrack Format: Romaniacs style (Atom – Gold & 1 long lap per day). We are thinking of a short forest race (5km) for setting the start order. This could be in the morning of the first day with the main race in the afternoon

Categories: 3 categories: Profi, Expert, Hobby.

Average Daily Riding Time: The race format is with 2 short days ( first and last) and 2 long days. On longer days the average is around 5 h and on shorter days the average is around 1,5 – 2 h.

Racetrack markings: The race track is marked with tape and sometimes with signs

GPS Mandatory: Yes, the GPS recording is mandatory for validating the race results

Entry Fee: 400 Euro.

Championship-Race: Yes, the Romanian Hard Enduro Championship.

Race History: The first edition was back in 2009. 12th editions so far.

Normal/Expected Attendance: Around 300-350 riders.

Nearest Civilisation: Hunedoara.

Nearest International Airport: Sibiu Airport is closest, around 150km from the race.

Rental Motorcycles: Yes.

Race License: A valid international enduro license issued by FIM/FIM-Europe (Fédération Internationale de Motocyclisme) or a valid national enduro license issued by their home national motorcycling federation, both accompanied by the written start permission issued by their home national motorcycling federation (the document called Rider Start Permission). IF you dont have any kind of license should get written release permission issued by their home national motorcycling federation (the document called Rider Release) in order to purchase a one race hard-enduro license issued by FRM (Romanian Motorcycling Federation) on spot.

Motorcycle Conditions: All motorcycles are welcome.

Typical Weather: Usually there was an average of 15-20 degrees and nice weather. Some years rain and wet.

Sightseeing: Not really. The place is cool for mountain-biking or trekking.
