Next Race: We are depending on what happens with the pandemia, but ideally it would be in October, just after the rainy season picks up (2 days, one clockwise, one counterclock).
Terrain Description: Jungle, forest and small rivers.
Racetrack Format: It’s a cross country race where riders get sent off every 30 seconds and divided into 4 categories with 4 laps or 4 hours of racing – depends of what happens first. The laps are short, but with a high level of difficulty, with great public access and chicken-lines for iron in predetermined places. Also, the Iron class must go in team so they can help each other and in bronze they can choose to go in team or individual. Gold and Silver are individual.

Average Daily Riding Time: 4 hours.
Racetrack markings: The track is totally marked like a classic Enduro track.
GPS Mandatory: It is mandatory in order to control the whereabouts of the competitors in all areas of the circuit, we also use the STRAVA app, available for any smartphone.
Entry Fee: In 2020 is was for free – in 2021 it’ll cost around 50 US$.
Race History: First race was on December 6th 2020.
Normal/Expected Attendance: In 2020 (covid edition) 35 riders raced and we expect around 100 in 2021.
Nearest Civilisation: The race is held 5 km from the city of San Salvador de Jujuy, in the province of Jujuy. It’s 120 120 km from the province of Salta
Nearest International Airport: Dr. Horacio Guzman Aiport is 30km away and Martín Miguel de Güemes Airport is 120 km away.

Typical Weather: October is full on spring with an average of 27 degrees and that’s when the rainy season starts.
Sightseeing: Jujuy is one of the most beautiful provinces of Argentina with loads of turistic activities such as the Humahuaca, the national park Calilegua, the Salinas etc.
