Location: Baita village, Hunedoara County, Romania

Competition Headquarter: Craciunesti village administrative building GPS 46°00’54.3″N 22°52’21.5″E

MOTO PARK area GPS: 46°02’00.4″N 22°53’09.3″E 

Terrain Description: rocky black soil, rivers with stones, climbs with stones and roots

Racetrack Format: 3 days, 1st day prolog 20km, day 2and 3 of race 80-90km/day

Categories: 3 classes: PROFI, EXPERT, HOBBY

Average Daily Riding Time: between 2 and 5 hours, depending on the class and skills

Racetrack markings: The race track is completely marked with marking tape

GPS Mandatory:   YES. The GPS track recording is needed for validating the day results and race results. The GPS recording for all days will be checked for validating a top 20 result. For the rest of the riders the GPS recording will be randomly checked. Failure to provide the GPS recording for one day when asked by the organizer will lead to a time penalty 60-#000 minutes.The organizer will provide the GPS track for the riders.  The organizer will provide the GPS track for the riders.  The GPS units should be left at the GPS crew disposal each day for the race track upload and should be picked up before the start  from the race desk / GPS van in the MOTO PARK area.

Race License: GOLDEN MOUNTAIN is an OPEN type competition 

1.  Romanian competitors should have a valid hard-enduro FRM (Romanian Motorcycling Federation) license

2.  Foreign competitors should have a valid international enduro license issued by FIM/FIM-Europe (Fédération Internationale de Motocyclisme) or a valid national enduro license issued by their home national motorcycling federation, both accompanied by the written start permission issued by their home national motorcycling federation (the document called Rider Start Permission)

Motorcycle Requirements: Any enduro or motocross bikes are allowed to start, two/four strokes, with one or two cylinders, which have been accepted at the technical inspection.

Typical Weather: The temperatures during this period are between 12-18 degrees Celsius. During this period it can rain.
