Disclaimer: The below info is relative to the 2021 event.

Terrain Description: Very diverse.  From rivers and dark soil and humid ruts to dry and rocky soil.

Racetrack Format: Endurocross Prologue (1st day) which is a race on its own but also mandate the starting position for the next day.  The second day (GPS based and slightly marked) is the 100km hard enduro in a first to arrive winner format.

Categories: 4 categories: PROS, AMATEUR and +30 and +40

Average Daily Riding Time: In the prologue you have at least 2 time qualys and one 10 minute race.  If you keep the good work you can reach the finals of your class which will get you to race 1 or 2 more 10 minute races.

Racetrack markings: YES (but not so heavily, you need to know to navigate with GPS)

GPS Mandatory: Yes.

Championship-Race: No.

Race History: 2009 was the first ONE and we have held it for 11 years. Only 2020 for COVID reasons there was no UKUPACHA.

Normal/Expected Attendance: 150 average

Nearest Civilisation: Quito.

Nearest International Airport: Mariscal Sucre (Airport of Quito).

Rental Motorcycles: Yes.

Race License: No.

Motorcycle Conditions: Road legal yes (we eventually hit roads once in a while)

Typical Weather: Not so much rain (spring like time)

Sightseeing: Cotopaxi, Otavalo, BaƱos, The Jungle, The Coast, Galapagos Islands.
