HECS stand for Hard Enduro Competition Sibiu and Sadu was the first round of the 2021 HECS Championship / Central Romanian Hard Enduro Championship.

I did the B track and my biggest surprise was how fast we were faced with hard hills. So armpump was for me inevitable and I struggled really bad from this. But as with anything else, everything comes to an end, and so did the struggles of finishing the B track of this extreme track.

It was a non-GPS race, the organiser had laid out 7 checkpoints and the 8th was the finishline. At each checkpoint we were stopped to have a ziptie put on a random cable on the handlebar.

Would I recommend this race? Absolutely – if you want the most extreme test of your skills and fitness.
